- In the even any products become unavailable at the time of production, we reserve the right to substitute them with similar product of equal or greater value.
- Order (s) need to be placed at least 5 - 6 weeks prior to delivery especially for customised kerawang wooden.
- For corporate orders, a deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation of orders. The balance of payment shall be made upon delivery of orders
- For personal orders, must be paid by cash prior to delivery
- Cancellation, a 50% cancellation charge is applicable for orders that are confirmed.
